I’m available in-person and by telehealth.

There is no single way to know how long you need to be in Therapy. Many clients begin to feel positive impacts of being well supported by the therapeutic process within the first month.
Ultimately it is important to understand that when dealing with Grief or Burnout it takes as long as it takes for each individual or couple.
We will work together to create a Treatment Plan and decide what is best for you.

FOR GRIEF COUNSELING
I provide a full 60-minute session each time we meet. When deemed clinically appropriate and beneficial, 30-minute and 90-minute sessions can be accommodated. Most clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions and then decrease frequency when they are ready.
Individual specialized Therapy Sessions are $150.00 per hour.
Couples specialized Therapy sessions are $175.00 per hour.
Home visits for older adults are the same hourly rate as listed above plus travel time.
Many clients have successfully used their HSA/FSA funds for payment.
American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Cash or check are also accepted for payment.
In most cases an Out-of-Network electronic claim can be filed to your insurance company on your behalf or a Superbill can be provided directly to you. This can help you seek reimbursement or apply credit to your deductible.
FOR GERIATIC CARE CONSULTATIONS
Individualized Geriatric Consultation Sessions are $150.00 per hour.
Home visits for older adults are the same hourly rate as listed above plus travel time.

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) in Therapy is a written document that outlines the expected costs of your Mental Health Care before you actually start treatment. It is designed to prevent surprise billing giving you a clear picture of what you will be paying so you can make an informed financial decision. The requirement comes from a Federal Law called the No Surprises Act which took effect in 2022.
